Review and approve deliverables within reasonable timeframes
Ensure they have the legal right to use any content, images, or materials supplied
Delays caused by missing or late client input may affect timelines.
Payment terms will be outlined in the project proposal or invoice.
Unless otherwise stated:
Payments are due according to the agreed schedule
Work may be paused if payments are overdue
All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Unless agreed otherwise in writing:
Final deliverables become the client’s property once full payment has been received
Joel Gracia retains the right to display completed work in portfolios, case studies, and promotional materials
Drafts, concepts, and unused materials remain the property of Joel Gracia.
Projects may involve third-party tools or platforms (such as hosting providers, plugins, analytics tools, or advertising platforms).
Joel Gracia is not responsible for issues, changes, outages, or costs related to third-party services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Joel Gracia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or services.

In the event of termination:
Work completed up to that point must be paid for
Any outstanding balances remain payable
